Mold Inspections

MOLD!! Just hearing the word makes homeowners shudder with fear. But this doesn't have to be the case! Thet ruth is, most homes have a small measurable amount of mold spores in the air. What a home inspector must determine is if there is any hidden moisture that may be contributing to mold growth, whether visible mold is present in hard to reach areas, and if spore levels in the air indicate a mold issue. Often, the mold is present in places that are inaccessible such as air ducts, behind drywall, etc. This is where air quality testing comes in.

Our air quality testing involves taking multiple air samples on the interior and exterior of the property and sending them to a lab for analysis. A visual inspection including the use of moisture meter sand thermal imaging cameras will be conducted as well. You will receive a detailed report with the lab results within 24-48 hours. We will happily discuss the results with you and answer any questions you may have.
